President Ing-Wen Tsai in Taiwan has appointed a hacker as her digital minister since 2016. A petition was filed here to find the truth on Tsai’s falsified PhD degree from LSE, University of London on February 21. We highly suspect that the petition had been tempered by Tsai’s hackers.

The petition site was down for 9 hours on February 24. The signature count had shown a constant irregularity since then from a high of over 7000 per day before February 24 to a low of around 150 per day. The count frequently decreased by 10 to 90 within seconds instead of an increase. It seems that the White House petition site has been hacked.
